It checks every member's wallet on a schedule, and the moment someone sells below your threshold or lets their membership lapse, they're removed automatically. No mod babysitting. No spreadsheets. Just real holders.
Who it's for

Whale groups, holder Telegrams, alpha rooms. Set a minimum balance (in tokens, USD value, or % of supply) and TokenGate keeps the group exclusive. Sells get auto-kicked the next hour.
NFT projects
Holder-only chats, founder rooms, tiered access. Gate by collection ownership or count of NFTs held. New holders get verified instantly when they join.
Paid private groups
Charge a monthly or one-time entry fee. Members pay you directly, on-chain. Combine with token rules for layered access (must-pay AND must-hold).
How we do it

TokenGate runs four things in your service: a bot that watches joins, a backend that re-checks balances on a schedule, an on-chain billing layer for paid memberships, and a dashboard for you to set rules. The complete five-minute setup walkthrough lives on the homepage.

Members verify their wallet once
When someone joins, the bot DMs them a one-tap link. They sign a single message tying their Telegram ID to a wallet. No installs, no app downloads.

Backend re-checks every hour
A gating cron walks every member's wallet against your rules. Token balances, NFT counts, LP positions, paid-membership status, all combined with the AND/OR logic you set.

Bot kicks anyone who fails
A failing wallet ends up in a kick queue. The bot drains it every 20 seconds and removes the member with a DM explaining why. They can rejoin the moment they qualify again.
Why we built it
The freeloader problem.
Every serious project ends up running a private Telegram for real holders. And every one of those eventually fills up with people who sold months ago, joined for the alpha, and never left. The mods know it. The whales know it. Nobody does anything about it because the alternative, manually checking 500 wallets in a spreadsheet every week, is its own circle of hell.
Existing tools either lock everything behind a one-time signature (so the freeloaders are still in the room a year later) or charge per-message in some weird points economy. Neither solves the actual job: was this wallet still a holder this morning, and if not, get them out.
TokenGate is the bot that does that one job, predictably, hourly, on every chain you care about. Group owners get the exclusivity they sold members on. Whales stop watching their ratio dilute. Mods stop being unpaid wallet auditors.
Under the hood
The boring-but-important parts.
For the technically-inclined among your members. The short version: we're infrastructure, not a payment processor.
No custody
Members pay group owners directly via the on-chain MembershipHub contract. Optional small platform fee is forwarded to the fee collector. We never touch the money.
Multichain
One bot, multiple EVM chains. Your plan and members are recognized across every chain you have configured. BESC is live today, with more chains being added.
One wallet per identity
The TG-↔-wallet binding is enforced at the backend with a SIWE-style signature. Switching wallets requires a fresh signature from the existing one. Nobody can steal a member's spot.
Anti-flipper gating
Optional minimum-holding-duration on every rule. Wallets that just bought to skirt the gate get caught the cron tick after the threshold. Configurable per-rule, off-chain.
